Q. Do I have to
order all the same sizes to get the volume discount?
A. No. You may order assorted
sizes within the same order and still receive the volume discount.
Q. Do all of the
shirts have to be the same color?
A. Yes. All of the shirts do
have to be the same color. If you require another color, a separate
order will have to be made.
Q. Can I choose
different designs for my order?
A. Yes and no...all the shirts must
be the same within the order, but you can have multiple designs on a single
garment, for example, a design on the front and a different design on the
back.
Q. Can I change the
number of shirts after placing an order?
A. Yes. However, you have up
to three days after placing your order to do so and it will add an extra
three days to the processing of your order.
Q. Can I submit my
own artwork?
A. You can submit your own artwork.
Refer to the Art Specs page for info on now the
art should be submitted to us and acceptable formats we can accept.
Q. What is a "Custom" design?
A. A custom design is one that has elements other than words
that can be altered. For instance, FR5007-C has an image of Georgia,
which could be changed to Illinois if that were your state. A custom
design also refers to a design that has more than 4 colors.
Q. Can I see my artwork before it is printed?
A. Yes you can. We can email you a digital copy of your finished
design, using both your ink and garment colors, or you can check your art on
our Art Approval page, once your order has
been placed. Unfortunately, we cannot print a sample shirt.
Q. What will the
turnaround time be on my order?
A. Turnaround is usually 5 - 14
business days.
